Individual Counseling
I offer individual counseling for clients who want to address relationship issues, life transitions, stress management, coping skills, anxiety, family of origin exploration, career changes, divorce, and communication. I also offer individual relationship coaching and counseling, which is ideal for single clients who want to work on relationship skills, or coupled clients who prefer an individual setting without their partner present or for those whose partner chooses not to attend.
Intake/Initial Session: $190
Additional 50-Minute Session: $150
